About Sunidhi

Sunidhi Kant is a Change-maker, Young Leader, Advocate of Volunteerism, Supporter of SDGs & a Co-Founder & Managing Director of Reaching Sky Foundation – A nonprofit working on upliftment of quality education & youth empowerment in India. She got into the World of Change-making at an early age discovering how important it was to make on the ground difference. She feels that most of the problems in the world can be eliminated if the minds can be educated with social values & life skills that make people self-reliant. She believes with time our environment will grow to be more demanding with a probability that we encounter complexity & newness in our global challenges. Hence, there is a need to empower people to become leaders having concrete values & self-belief to learn & adapt anything, anytime. As per her belief, her involvement attempts to resolve substantially is Illiteracy & Lack of Youth Empowerment. The core idea is to build capacities by schooling & uplifting quality education for underprivileged so that they turn out to be self-reliant people who are skilled, economically independent & the decision makers of tomorrow. And second to empower youth who is resourceful & educated by providing them leadership through volunteerism so that they understand their social & shared responsibilities being empathetic critical thinkers & global citizens. Her inspiration to do so is the impact of meaningful differences that she has felt in her volunteering journey since 2012. Being a Co-Founder of a two year old Non profit ‘Reaching Sky Foundation’’ In past 2 Yrs., through Engagement & Mobilisation of 412+ Volunteers, she has Empowered 415+ Young Adults, conducted 17+ Youth Capacity Building Programs, 29+ Skill Development Programs & dispensed 160 teaching hrs., which has benefitted 2035+ children & youth and sensitised 12003+ Women & Men. She has also been recognized as Messenger of Peace by IPYG & Top 14 Women in Social Engagement in India by LetsEndorse.
